Here you will find a brief outline of the store policies. If you have any questions, please feel free to send me a message and I will be happy to help you.

PAYMENT POLICY:

Three Ewes accepts PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal's secure servers. A PayPal account is not required in order to pay with a credit card. Simply follow the instructions at checkout.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Three Ewes ships worldwide! All shipments are sent securely packaged via US Domestic First Class Mail and US International First Class. Unless otherwise requested, purchases will be shipped to the address you have on file with PayPal, so please make sure it's up to date. If for any reason you do not receive your purchase in the mail within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me immediately as I include Delivery Confirmation on all shipments and can check the status for you. Please note that for US customers we include the option to purchase insurance. We will NOT be held responsible for lost or damaged packages if insurance has not been purchased.

~~~INTERNATIONAL BUYERS~~~

Please familiarize yourself with the policies below to ensure a smooth transaction for both of us. I do ship First Class International, which normally takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, so please be patient. All international shipments are shipped with a correct customs form attached. All customs fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Please also be aware of your country's individual laws regarding imports as I am NOT responsible for any item held by customs.

No exchanges or store credit will be issued for any international package that is lost, refused or abandoned unless the package returns to me with the item(s) in resellable condition. Only then will I issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise MINUS any customs or postage fees that I incur on refused/abandoned packages. PLEASE BE AWARE of any customs charges for your country before placing an international order.

REFUND POLICY:

FIRST AND FOREMOST: IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM, PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL AND CONTACT ME ABOUT IT. Three Ewes Twisted in Fiber takes great pride in knowing that its customers are satisfied. Given the variations of monitors, I understand that colors aren't always what they seem. However, due to inevitable differences in monitors, I am unable to accept returns or issue store credit on yarn due to color issues. PLEASE READ COLOR DETAILS IN EACH ITEM DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING!

As for knots or slubs, I understand the frustration of working with a quality yarn that contains these types of "flaws". As a dyer, this is also frustrating because I want my yarns to be perfect. However, due to the process by which commercial base yarns are produced, perfect yarns just do not exist. Industry standards for acceptable flaws in a yarn are three, and I will do my best to go well below this standard! With this said, I try my best to avoid flaws when feasible, but I can not afford to discard yarn every time I see a flaw.... I wouldn't be able to remain in business. If a yarn contains more than 3 joins, knots, or combination of the two, I will mark that yarn as a "Black Sheep Seconds" for a discount.

However, if you find a flaw or some other problem with the yarn itself, please contact me within three days of receipt, and I will be happy to either exchange it for an item of equal value or issue a refund for store credit only. All returned yarns must arrive to me in usable condition with original ribbon and info card, free of odor, dirt, etc. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. International Buyers: please see "Shipping Policy" above.

*Please note that all of my self-striping yarns may contain stripes that are slightly heathered due to the kettle dyeing process. This is not dyer's error but rather the nature of hand dyed yarn created by a real person versus a machine.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Three Ewes Twisted in Fiber uses professional acid dyes on all yarns and fibers. HOWEVER, being hand-dyed yarn we cannot always guarantee that during the first wash a little dye loss may occur, so don't be alarmed! You can prevent a lot of dye loss by washing all dyed yarns in cold water. Hot water is not good as it causes dye molecules to separate from the yarn. Three Ewes does not accept returns or store credit for dye loss. Again, dye loss is normal!

Although my base yarns are machine washable, I recommend you hand wash all Three Ewes yarns using a wool wash such as Eucalan. I do not suggest Soak, as it tends to make colors bleed excessively.

I am happy to do custom orders, so please contact me if there is a yarn color you would like which is not listed.

All of my hand-crafting is done in a smoke free environment. Each item has been hand washed and is rinsed and ready to use upon arrival.
